Jaws








“look a shark, a big one, get out of the water”. The movie Jaws was directed by Steven Spielberg in the summer of 1975. This movie is about a hungry great white shark attacking people in the deepest waters of the Alantic Ocean. The movie Jaws is a story about a terrifying shark in the summer, when it’s hungry in the waters of the ocean, due to the shark doesn’t want anyone to go near its territory. The three areas are the music, how people react to the shark and, the shark’s behavior.





In the movie Jaws there is dramatic music and sound effects. Jaws was given an award for best music and sound. The music in Jaws is very dramatic and sounds like something is coming. Has a very digetic sound effect which makes it sound real. Also it has a powerful sound to it. The music is played very fast in this film. Music is what makes this movie genre a thriller movie. Music is what makes this film, scary.





Secondly, the actor’s reaction to the shark. Characters act scared and frightened. Some characters act as if they are way too scared to go into the water.

Some actors aren’t scared at all as in the scene when Christine is attacked she doesn’t look scared at all. People are sad due to they lost a family member that was killed by the shark. One character acted really shocked in this point of view shot when his son got attacked by the shark on the beach. This shark makes no one want to come to the beach anymore.





Last, the shark’s horrible behavior Jaws was an evil shark. He attacks people who are in the water. Jaws has big teeth and can chew really fast. Jaws loves it when people swim and likes the sound of a splashing noise. They use a mechanical shark to make this shark look real and use animation to sketch a drawing of a great white shark. To make the shark look real the used special sound effects. This is one awful shark.





In conclusion, Jaws is a frighting, great white shark. Jaws in the year of 1975 goes around and attacks people in the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean. In Jaws there is a lot of good music, excellent actor’s reaction to the shark, and outstanding realistic behaviors of the shark. This film is definitely a film worth viewing. Teens and adults should watch this movie. The strengths in this movie are good music, the acting was outstanding and the dramatic scenes were clear. This film also had also had a nice motion picture and good sound effects. The viewing time was not too long and not too short. The weakness are they should show the shark a lot more in the film this movie should be more dramatic they should have made the shark meaner. The movie Jaws is a unique movie
