If you could redesign the body with genetic engineering, what changes would you make?

To be able to fly.


Hemirodite reproduction.


Eyes like an eagle.


Replacable teeth like a shark.


Limb regeneration.


Be able to live in a desert like a camel.





Best leave that one out some members of the church may get the hump

If you could redesign the body with genetic engineering, what changes would you make?
I would remove the part of the brain that creates religious experience........ The root of most of the troubles today.
Reply:two heads...in case you get a headache like the one i have right now..it wud be great to swap heads

Reply:*ability to regenerate arms and legs just like our hair and nails


*able to survive under extreme climatic conditions


*able to take even genetic syndromes like common cold

Reply:You are right, I just read what you said, and deleted the joke about where the men and women parts should be. I think we could bark like a dog, so when we really got mad at someone, it would be acceptable to bark at them and growl. Then I think we should have hair all over our bodies, like a gorilla, so no one would have to worry about hair, and shaving, men and women. Then we should be like a fish, just swim places under the water, and not have to drive places. Yes, and be like birds, and fly too. That would take care of the gas shortage. We could be like cats, and go out prowling around at night, without anyone seeing us, and beating us up, etc. Nothing said I hope to offend the animal kingdom. .

Reply:I know we need fat in our bodies for protection and survival, but being female I would limit the amount of fat we could store. Also the ability to erase certain things from our memory. We would still learn from the experience, but not have to deal with certain parts of our past.
Reply:Wings, talons, fangs and rollerskates that pop out when needed too.
Reply:I think fairies are pretty perfect actually. No redesign necessary. Although between you and me goblins could do with some help.
Reply:I'd re-introduce tails, because who doesn't love a tail?
Reply:i'd probably consider having eyes with very high adjustable magnifications. no hassles using microscopes. it's also useful when i want to copy during exams right?! heheh...

Reply:Make breasts develop only when needed for breast feeding.


Make periods less frequent.


Put testes inside a harden case (like the skull and brain), it's a daft place for things so delicate and important.


Put the mouth on the end of an arm to make eating and being throwing up simpler.


Put an eye on the end of an arm so you can see around corners; especially in the hidden places like in a car engine compartment and the pipe connectiong behind the sink.


Put the spinal column nerves outside the spinal bones so the column doesn't get chopped if the spine breaks.


Have eyes in the back of the head too so you dont need car mirrors.


Make man and women have the same mental ablilities (same spatial awareness, speech processing, time management and empathy)
