1. I have a 5 month old Yorkie and the other day I was playing w/him so, he rolled over and started bitting my hand and I noticed that he has 4 teeth behind his baby teeth (kind of like sharks teeth)... is this normal or should I take him to the doggy dentest...???
2. Like I said his 5 month and lately his fur has been falling off in chunks not alot just a few here and there (not shedding type) is this also normal??? It kind of looks like soneone pinched some off...
I have two question re: My Yorkie...?
so you have a little shark too....i have 8 yorkies and one of mine has the exact same thing with his teeth.....let the permanent ones come through more and it should push them out....if not the vet will pull them....about the hair ....stress causes hair loss in yorkies...or liver disfunction.....more than likly stress....thyroid problems can cause hair loss also.....arn%26#039;t they adorable....i have 8 angels myself and 2 litters due this week
good luck
Reply:)On the first question, he is getting his adult teeth in before his baby teeth fall out. Give him some hard things to chew on, it may help the others come out. Sometimes they have to be pulled. The hair loss could be due to several things and only a vet can tell you what is causing it and prescribe the proper meds for it.
Reply:Take him to the Vet.
Reply:Sometimes if you try and massage or wiggle the baby teeth they loosen up faster and it helps. That works with dogs just like it does children.
