How do you draw an Atlantean?

I'm trying to develope a fun character in my sketchbook.

Since Atlantis went underwater (apparently), the people had to adjust their physical appearance. And, if i can trust Disney people, lets just say 1/3 of the way between Iceland and Ireland. It's cold up there.

So:

A: Greenish/pale skin?

B: Protective film over eyes (like crocidiles) for swimming?

C: He's amphibious, so where would the gills be?

D: Pointed teeth?

E: Larger ears, for hearing things underwater?

F: A 6th sense, like with sharks?

G: scales?

There are so many things, and this guy I'm drawing really has a sense of humor. Another tip from Disney friends, he can speak most Earth languages.

Good luck!

How do you draw an Atlantean?
Since there are no living examples or known illustrations it would be "poetic license"...ie you get to decide what you think they would look like...
Reply:Do you mean people who live underwater?
Reply:I suggest a little bit fish, a little bit whale, a little bit of octopus, a little bit of sea aneomne, and maybe a bit of seagrass, too, etc.
